All SKITZO LABS items are produced on-demand through our manufacturing partner. Each piece is made specifically for your order. Once production begins, the system is locked.

Read carefully before purchase.

ALL SALES FINAL • MADE-TO-ORDER PROTOCOL

Every SKITZO LABS product is custom produced per order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Preference changes

  • Minor color or placement variations

  • “It didn’t fit how I imagined”

Once an order enters production, it cannot be reversed.

Sizing charts and product details are provided for verification before checkout.
Selection responsibility rests with the buyer.

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED / MISPRINTED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially defective, the LAB will correct the error.

To qualify:

  • Report the issue within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Clear photos showing the issue

    • Order number

    • Brief description of the defect

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost.

LOST IN TRANSIT

  • If a package is confirmed lost during shipping, we will initiate a replacement.

  • If tracking shows DELIVERED, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

SKITZO LABS is not liable for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect delivery locations provided by the customer

Secure delivery locations are strongly advised.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.

Defective or incorrect items will be replaced under LAB protocol.
All other orders are final.

RETURN TO SENDER / FAILED DELIVERY

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused packages

Are subject to:

  • Reshipping fees or

  • Refunds minus original shipping costs

Address accuracy is the buyer’s responsibility.

REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Processing times depend on your payment provider

CHARGEBACKS & ABUSE

Unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of the refund system may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Permanent removal from future SKITZO LABS drops

If there’s an issue, contact the LAB first.
Chargebacks without communication will be treated as hostile action.
